Minimum order volumes

The first is for clients that expect delivery:

* Your minimum order should exceed R5 000(excluding VAT) per order to be placed at least monthly.

* Your business (delivery address) should be based on one of our main delivery routes.

* You will have to place your order by at least the Wednesday of the week before the week you expect delivery (as per our delivery cycle),
unless you are ordering in bulk only (in which case your order should preferably be received 48 hours prior to you expecting delivery; subject to our delivery cycle for businesses outside Johannesburg, Pretoria and Cape Town).

The second category of client is one that is prepared to collect his orders/use a courier service:

* You do not have to place monthly orders.

* Your orders should however always be in excess of R2 500 per order (excluding VAT).

* You must please either collect the order from our depot in Kya Sand/Montagu, or arrange for your own courier to collect it, or ask us to send your order with our courier (also at your cost).

* You will have to place your order by at least the Wednesday of the week before the week you expect to collect/receive courier delivery.

* You should please ensure that your payment for the order is made before your/our courier company attempts to collect it; or,
that you bring sufficient cash, when you collect it yourself (you will not have an account - all goods will be sold strictly COD). We prefer EFT's.

* Montagu will only allow credit for short delivery should you have indicated on your waybill exactly which products were not received;
in the presence of the courier driver that made your delivery (he/she should sign a clear indication of all products that seems to be short delivered).
We triple check orders before despatch and respectfully request that you check them carefully on receiving it. Please remember to ensure that your courier consignments are ensured for the correct amount.
