In 1991 we started a small tree fruit drying operation here in the heart of the
dried fruit "pantry" of South Africa. Since then we have grown to become
one of the largest exporters in the Little Karoo. Everyday during the
summer months we prepare and dry a wide variety of fruit to satisfy
the requirements of all lovers of dried fruit.
